The thrills and chills of Halloween may seem a long way off, but it’s never too soon to think about (or eat) Halloween candy. M&M’s is right there with you.
Mars has just released a scarily delicious looking new version of its melt-in-your-mouth-not-in-your-hands chocolate candies: M&M’s Cookies and Screeem. (How long do you suppose they focus-grouped how to spell it before settling on those three e’s?)
The new candy is a combination of white and dark chocolate that translates into the taste of cookies and cream. And while you might expect a Halloween-targeted candy to feature the color orange, these babies actually keep things two-tone: Its shells are black with white speckles.
They’re currently available (SRP is about $3.19) at Target stores nationwide, but — boo! — only through the end of the season. That’s “likely until early November if any are left after Halloween,” an M&M’s rep tells us.
Given how tasty these look, that may be a big “if.”
